Moved here to San Antonio from Riverside, CA back in October. I feel a little too old for the bar scene around here - it's like I'm trying to hang out with my daughter's friends. I don't really know my way around yet and I'm looking for someone to show me around town. I'm not looking for just some random hook-up, I'd like to actually get to know someone local. Someone to talk to and just "hang out" with. I like coffee shops on open mike night, I can listen to just about anything but I prefer loud, heavy, obnoxious yet still some-what intelligible lyrics - bands like Lamb of God, Slipknot, Disturbed, etc. I like Sci-fi and Super hero movies. I don't drink or get high. I have a very "live and let live" outlook on life: I like my music loud, my steaks huge, my movies over the top and my friends by my side
