Just seeing what this site is like..... I flew in the check it out from theoatmeal.com. I'm thinking that my dreamlover is out there somewhere (uhm definitely in America :)and I want to find him. I am staying regular here (at Mingle2) mainly to find some friends and see if it can progress to meeting. I am pionate about human rights and indigenous peoples rights and have opinions on so many things. I'm a very intelligent lady looking for a guy who is intelligent and willing to share wisdom and experiences. Also, I am not so patient(I'm working on it) but I must find a man who is patient and gentle. No violence. Above all else I want honesty and fairness. I am a fairly confident woman and I am generally not attracted to timid or unsure men. I think everyone has been hurt and disappointed but we have to grow beyond that and do things differently to expect better results. I do not blame others more than I take responsibility for my part in past relationships and I expect the same from my future lover. I am not religious, but if you are I hope you are true to your beliefs as I am to mine. Which are that all things are interconnected and worthy of love, respect, and careful governance. Finally, I will not accept a man as a partner if he does illicit drugs, smokes cigarettes, or drinks alcohol regularly or to excess, ever.
