I try to slip out of reality at least once a day because reality is just so boring sometimes. My ultimate fantasy would be for a civilization ending event to occur on the planet and my mate and I were left to survive the ravages of a ruined earth. I know that sounds pretty dramatic but also pretty romantic doesn’t it? Yea it’s twisted and macabre but that’s just me, my dark brooding side I guess. My faith in mankind is limited. I’m deeply in touch with my female side as well so don’t be surprised if she emerges during an intimate moment and starts to cry over the raw beauty of it all or maybe just calls your name in pion. I’m a neat freak and I’m compulsive when it comes to organization and structure but I am also known to just take off over a weekend on an adventure that has driven me to be completely spontaneous. You might find me in a field with my telescope watching the stars, or you might find me at the lake. Even though I hate boats, I do love wet bikes and scuba diving! I might be riding motorcycles. I don’t own a Harley yet but I will someday soon. I could be found at the local Sci Fi convention dressed as a Tarkalian Wildabeast or maybe sitting at home in quiet solitude watching a thunderstorm and contemplating the nature of the universe. Intellectual pursuits fascinate me and I want to take every opportunity to learn and grow as an individual both intellectually and spiritually. I love to haunt libraries and museums and historical places of interest and philosophy is a pion of mine. To take what I call a “brown sign” tour is just awesome to me. A journey of discovery where you just set out on a road trip and travel where the wind takes you, with one rule, you must stop and explore at every “brown point of interest” sign you come across along the way. I want a mate that wants and enjoys these things as well. One that is loyal and loving and caring to the end; one that understands my dark side and my light side and is strong when I’m weakest and that I can give comfort and support to when she is weak or hurting. I want someone for life. I believe in taking advantage of every moment in life whether that be learning to skydive or sitting at the fire and holding hands with your lover. I don’t want loneliness as a constant companion, I want a soul mate. Its meant to be that way to make us whole.
