I was born and raised in Germany and always traveled a lot to explore other countries. I have lived in Costa Rica and Mexico and ended up in USA, California. My adventures and experiences are a good topic for long conversations. I have a great sense of humor and love to laugh. If I am not laughing, I am with the wrong person. I am honest and say it the way it is. I am not one to take anything for granted.....and I have a cute German accent. My children, a son (adult) and a daughter (teenager),are my priority. Although they are not living with me, I am very much involved in my daughters activities. In my spare time I like to relax at home either trying new recipes, reading thrillers, mystery and crime stories or indulging in painting on wood, gl, ceramic, paper and canvas or working with clay. Curling up in front of the TV watching a good movie or show is what I enjoy very much. My greatest pion is cooking (German, Italian, Mexican and more, you name it...I cook it)...I can make a man fall in love (with my food)at first bite....love goes thru the stomach, you know. Sometimes after work I am helping seniors at their homes, cooking a meal, running errands or driving them to appointments or I visit Retirement or Assisted Living Homes here in town to offer our seniors some company. It is just a great feeling to know: "I have made someone very happy today, I have made someone smile". That makes my day. I love animals and live with two cats. I miss having a dog but don't have enough time and space right now. Animals are such agreeable friends - they ask no questions, they p no criticisms. Our perfect companions never have fewer than four feet. I would like to meet a companion (with two feet) who takes me out in his car, on his motorcycle, on a train, a boat or with a horse. The ocean is my favorite area, walks on the beach, boating (I can make knots), snorkeling and fishing. When I see the fish hanging on my pole, I feel sorry and throw it back into the ocean Then I go to the fish market and buy what I need for a nice dinner. (I would not do that with a fish I've caught here on POF) So....I am claiming my piece of cake, and am looking for that certain someone to share it with. If you are an easygoing, friendly and uncomplicated man with a big heart and those strong arms to put around me, you are the one. I would be willing to relocate within a certain distance, so I can stay close to my daughter. BTW: I don't own my own bike, but rides on the back are fun. My interest for motorcycles should not stop the guys without motorcycles from contacting me.
