What the heck is a BLURB!!! If this is supposed to be a brief description about me, well, I'll try!! I'm fast approaching that mythical milestone of a half century, funny it doesnt feel that long, but then how would I know not having been there before. OK I'm a big lover of playing sports, right now I play softball and soccer but would love to give other sports a chance too. Dont know why but I still love playing even though I cant stay up with those darn 25 or 30 year old kids any more!! I'll probably die on a field of some kind (at least I hope)!! To be honest I only have a few friends but none of them really have the same interests that I have other than common spiritual beliefs. I havent dated since my divorce 17 years ago and I cant explain that in such a short space so I wont try! I would like now to develop some friendships and see if anything will happen from there, and if nothing does, well so be it!! People who do know me say I am a brilliant conversationalist and know quite a broad spectrum of topics, hmmm..maybe..I'm not so sure about that! Anyway I am pretty shy at first, but once I get to be comfortable with people I can open up to the right people! Thats about all I can fit in here so, I'll close with a line from an old ABBA song " Take a chance on me"..yes I do like ABBA, great harmonies and easy to dance to!!! But I' am a pure Rock-n-Roller all the way!!..and I really like hacking people off in the forums, I cant believe some of the things people say in them!!
