Born in Harlem; now in Alaska, with lots of experiences between. I've done a lot from starting my own business at 15, plumber, electrician, carpenter, tiler, Marines at 18, firefighter, trucker, EMT, cowboy, pipe fitter, fire suppression tech, licensed at a few of these things. Lost 4 years of my youth doing what I though was right, then spent 20 more doing for others. Schooled heavily in what I wanted to know and still have 1 credit hour for a Masters I don't need. Trying to start a business that will last the rest of my life. If you're into gardening, you might like it too. I like fishing and hunting and used to be a pretty good archer. Still a good shot. I hunted men who hurt or abused others as a cop more than I hunted animals. Everyone deserves their freedom, until they choose to give it up. Still have not caught a trout! I'll figure that one out yet. I'm a man who isn't afraid to be a man, honest with myself, confident, honorable, just not perfect, yet. I'm stable, considerate, kind, tough and tender and do not like secrecy except when it's really necessary. I know why it's important to treat a lady right and I think I know how. Just need a bit of practice again. It's been a while. I do not quarrel so, if you're contentious, you can join my ex. :) Whether you're good looking or not occurs in my mind, not yours. So if you think you're not, maybe you're an angel to me. Let me decide that one. Everybody has his or her own prerequisites and preferences and I respect that. You should too. We can all adjust if we have the guts to. Never had kids though I wanted them, lots of them. But that takes both a man and a woman who are willing to stick it out through anything and fight to keep their love intact without letting another steal it. Sometimes nothing easy about that but it's my decision, for always. Nobody will take my heart from my woman. I only do unconditional love. I like family traditions and kids. If you have some, I'll treat them as my own, with love and discipline to help them grow strong and straight and to know how to marry well. I don't know everything but spending time with my woman and our kids is critical to them knowing they're loved. I don't smoke and don't like kissing a smoker. If you do and want to quit; do it and I'll help. Life is funner afterwards! I know; been there, did it. I had help. Life is good and vegetarians die of nothing. I like food but have been forced to change my habits. Nothing is better than a woman from anywhere who knows what Proverbs 31 is really all about.
