Unromantic by nature, loneliness still bites
Had enough "friends", all ended in fights.
"Nothing is forever" the lesson hard I learned,
Cold fell the nights, stony the air turned.
Though starving in loins, yet I seek a friend,
One who will care for me, one who would not want the end.
Sex-pal or sister? I care not who you'll be,
All through the path your heart is all I'll need.
So different I am that I feel not of this earth,
See through My eyes and find another hearth.
Knowledge is my virtue, your wisdom valued most,
Greedy am I, if exquisite mind do you host.
One for such as me? Does she exist, my match?
Troubling this riddle is, the answer quite the catch.
Hope still remains, kindling in the dark,
Who can touch my heart? It's a lot of work!
Practical in nature yet artful in style,
Details on request, here is my file.
