I'm interested in finding someone to enjoy events with who wants friendship and conversation and laughter. I like day trips to Lake Michigan, trips to bookstores and libraries, movies, politics, pets. I'm pretty average, widowed three years ago, have independent adult kids. I like spending time with my grandkids, but I miss talking to real humans. grin. I like arboretums, flower gardens, open houses, TV (Survivor, Raymond, comedy and a very good mystery or thriller, and Keeping up Appearances, As Time Goes By.) I'd really like to have someone who'd like to talk on the phone, get together for lunch, take daytrips, go to events with, and enjoy some friendship and recreation.
