ABOUT ME:
I have sold my house in Winnipeg and purchased a house south of Winnipeg beside a provincial park. This is where I hope to retire. I only keep a room in Winnipeg for work purposes now.
I love the outdoors, cooking over an open fire, the smell of nature, wildlife, BBQ's, tails on the deck watching the sunset, shopping and making dinner together, packing a lunch and going for an all day Quad ride into the bush, or an evening ride.
I am financially and emotionally independent. I have a pretty good job that can be demanding at times. The tradeoff is it keeps me in pretty decent shape. I am very independent, love to laugh, love a good suspense / drama / comedy movie, a quiet drink in some romantic hideaway, just as comfortable in a suit and tie as I am in blue jeans or cut offs, and golf occasionally when I can get the chance.
I would say my favorite hobbies would be anything involved with home renovation (It is such a great feeling of accomplishment when each project is complete) and riding anything with wheels (winter or summer).
I don't need someone in my life; I would like to meet someone to compliment each other's lives.
As for pets, I'm truly a dog person.
My outlook on life you say - the gl is always half full.
ABOUT YOU:
Down to earth, caring, honest, affectionate, likes the outdoors, good sense of humor, appreciates family and an occasional game of golf would be a bonus.
I would be hesitant to enter a relationship where we didn't share the same recreational interests. I have had enough "out with the boys “ time to last me a while. As a family we go on outings / rides / BBQ's on a regular basis to stay in touch. Naturally any new family is always more than welcome to join in.
PS.........................................Being a bit of a tomboy couldn't hurt..............there are only so many puddles boys can drive around................Boys will be boys.
