I hate living in the city. But love it in the country - the boonies is where I'm happiest. I love farm life, animals, organic farming and gardening, heirloom vegetables, permaculture, heritage livestock, and sustainable, self-sufficient living. I am a simple, good-hearted person, and appreciate the simple things in life. I have many interests and easy to please! Lots of money does not impress me, and my needs are simple. I am not clingy nor possessive, and well-able to entertain myself - I love reading and learning, and would consider myself an intellectual. I would need someone that I can have great conversations with, who likes to read and learn new things, who is objective, and does not want to control me. Someone intelligent, with a good sense of humor, and who loves animals. I would like to find a smart, good-humored man with progressive ideas who lives on a farm so I can join him! Put me on a farm and I'll be happy as a clam! Plus I'm a good cook and not afraid of a little work! I would like to find someone who would be my good friend and companion, and who likes the quiet, country life. I have been studying up on alternative energy, food storage, organic farming, survival, and etc, and would like to life off the grid as soon as possible. I am an RN who no longer works as one, who now builds web sites, and I am a researcher and writer. I write about politics, sustainable living, organic gardening and farming, health, and I am also a civil, human, and animal rights activist.
