I live about 5 miles from the Lima Planet Fitness👍 and I am looking for some SINERGY! Looking for a workout buddy(1st & foremost... for accountability, motivation & company.... used to be a trained PersonalMetabolismReTrainer/PMRT years ago.... so I can be of help, knowledge, motivation along with accountability as well), a possible new friend (2nd), & if the chemistry is there.... maybe more....But would be content with making a new workout buddy & friend.... even if that is all it leads to.Let's lose weight, burn fat, tone muscle & make it fun together!!!
