I enjoy outdoor activities, such as camping, fishing, hunting, cycling, hiking, gardening, stargazing, and just taking it easy on a sunny beach while watching the loons play on the water. Some of my favorite places to visit are State and National Parks to sight see wildlife, waterfalls, mountains and to walk the scenic trails. I like bargain shopping at rummage sales, flea markets and visiting farmer's markets. Music: Classic rock like Aerosmith, Led Zeppelin, Bob Seger, Cheap Trick and the late king of pop, Michael Jackson, are a few of my favorites. Some of the newer country music as well. I like going to movie theaters, comedies like Christmas Vacation, dining at Italian, Mexican and Chinese restaurants, followed by a simple DQ Dilly Bar treat. Taco Johns is probably one of my favorite fast food type restaurants. However, it's hard to beat a home meal cooked on a tri-pod over a open campfire or BBQ grill. I love dogs, but currently I am not an owner. I am a dedicated volunteer blood and platelets donor for my local Blood Center. I enjoyed coaching boys and girls youth sport teams and was a Zamboni operator for youth hockey in the past. I am a father of two super great, live away from home, adult children.
