A little about me... About me: Divorced after 22 years of marriage. Yes, it is a long time to stay married and then divorce but due to abuse and a cheating spouse it was the right thing to do. So I am starting over in life. I waited until I was ready to move on with someone without making them pay for my ex and his mistakes. I am at that point in my life and excited to see what comes next. I am looking to move from NC to another state and when and if I find Mr. Right I will move near him. I am a mother of a son who is US Army Soldier serving in Iraq and a mother of a daughter who is in college. I love the simple things in life and I believe in the old fashion values my grandparents instilled in me. Family has always been important to me. I love my kids and enjoy being with them. I have only my kids as my family now. Since my grandparents are gone I have learn to channel all my focus on God and my kids. I would like to add to my family, by having friends and someday the soulmate God intends for me to have. I am reliable, faithful, honest, trustworthy and will stand with my friends & family till the end. I believe that is what God calls for us to do. I can admit when I am wrong and can be kind when I tell others I believe that they are wrong and I allow God to give me those words so that I do not offend anyone. I do not believe we should hurt others by our words. Words can hurt someone deeper than hitting can. I love to spoil the people I love and love to keep my house clean and neat. It sure would be nice to have someone to take care of me for a change. I have always been the giver but I am learning I need to be given too sometimes. What are you looking for in a partner? I'm not looking for a man who wants to play games, or wants to abuse a woman. I am looking for the man who can be the head of household and treat his woman like the woman God created her to be. I will always treat my man as the man of God he is. A man who is reliable, trustworthy, dependable, honest, a good family man, is open about his feelings, and knows what he wants and goes after it. I want a man of God. Someone who goes to Church and can walk the Christian walk. So we can Pray together and have Bible Study together.
