Hi...I'm a Christian man whose social and spiritual life revolves around my church and church home group. I've never been married and have no kids except my four year old tabby, Jake. I love music and movies. I'm a lifelong fan of the Miami Dolphins. Right now, I'm mainly looking for friendship though I'm open to more if the chemistry is there. My main focus on life is getting back into good health. I've recently discovered that a low carb lifestyle really agrees with me and I've lost 50 lbs. I'm 49 and my life theme for this year is "Beast by 50!" I'm off to a good start. Got lots more work to do.
