Like I said...I choose to smoke...but I also choose to be respectful to others. If you choose not to be respectful...own that decision too. I definitely agree on the "respectful smoker" part. Not only on discarding the cigarette...but also smoking in public. When I'm out, say @ a bar...I always try to keep my smoke away from others (as much as you can in close quarters). I hate when smokers blow their smoke "around the room".

I know , but that is cause it is not causing them any harm they are not breathing in your food. But you know what this really sucks , I heard of a person who was very overweight and their doctor refused to treat them ..how sick is that?

Here in the so-called "Bible Belt" of course there are the bible thumpers, who go home and drink, abuse and cheat on their spouses.... and the crack heads (who toss it in the gutter when being frisked) and drunks (who throw beer cans out the window)... you name it....
The people making the laws are the same people who are wealthy enough not to worry about the cost of anything or the effect is has on anyone.... I'm a courteous person and a smoker... and if someone says you smell like smoke, they probably complain about everything else under the sun! Well, I blew off some steam.... I say to each his/her own as long as youre considerate of others.... and if history's any clue, smoking will probably be a fad again someday...<: Bruce |
