Calcium is what I have heard....  mustang, do a search on your computer or go to webmd.com and it will give you info...my brother in law has passed 13 or more...he gets down on the floor in pain and makes him sick....if you have them good luck......

They are very painful I hear. Sorry you went through that.

my mom had some issues with that, she said taking peppermint is supposed to help break them down... I dunno if that's true or not, but it's worth checking out!
