Calcium is what I have heard.... mustang, do a search on your computer or go to webmd.com and it will give you info...my brother in law has passed 13 or more...he gets down on the floor in pain and makes him sick....if you have them good luck...... |

Stones are primarily calcium and the causes are heredity, the main cause is dehydration. i am busier in the summer than the cooler months because people are out in the heat and not taking in enough water to flush the kidneys, when that happens the urine crystalizes and forms a stone.

my mom had some issues with that, she said taking peppermint is supposed to help break them down... I dunno if that's true or not, but it's worth checking out!
