I think that they are right.

If you guys have been together aslong as you say, and if there was that
much love for that much time, then she is hurt and just needs time.

But YOU are the only one that can repair the damage of what you did.
You need to let her know why you did what you did, tell her that you
still love her, want to be with her, and then give her time. If we all
e~mailed her then you will lose her for sure.

when it comes to love no one can do the work for you, be sincere and
show her your true heart if its meant to be she will be with you. but
you are on your own here. she will not appreciate total strangers
inundating her with emails. as a woman i know that would upset me not
