Topic: Handstanding? | |
---|---|
This is something I've been practicing for some time now, but still I haven't figured out how to keep balance?
I've been trying to keep my point of balance steady with changing my weight between fingertips and back of my palms, and changing the position of my shoulders front and back, but I just keep falling down really fast.. Is there a certain technique to do this? |

equal marbles..say ten in each pocket will give your body a sense of balance.
if they fall out while you are upside down, i think that is a triumph. that is awesome |

Why? Because it's awesome =) and I don't have anything better to do.
I'll try that marble-thing tomorrow, I did notice that balancing is easier when I keep my legs as low as possible instead of stretching them high up. Oh, and look for 3run and parkour on YouTube to see why I'm so excited about this =) |

Practice up against a wall........practice practice practice, till you find what works for you.

I use a wall to keep me from falling forward, but I've been thinking if I should leave that.
Maybe it will make me learn faster when failing hurts a bit |
