Alcoholism is classified generally by the following:
Alcoholism is characterized by a preoccupation with alcohol and impaired control over alcohol intake. Impaired. Hmm. Think about that. |

As an alcoholic who constantly drinks and drives I am extremly offended! I'm sure you're trying to be funny, but to the people who have lost loved ones or been harmed by drunk drivers, this isn't a joke. I agree..... Thanks, Tonia25 for bringing this up. And if that jackass is sooo offended, tell him to call his Congressman. |

Alcoholism is classified generally by the following: Alcoholism is characterized by a preoccupation with alcohol and impaired control over alcohol intake. Impaired. Hmm. Think about that. Rationalize all you want. I'm assuming you are smart enough to know right from wrong. But, oh wait, maybe you're impaired with control over alcohol intake. Before you make that decision to become impaired, get a designated driver or drink at home like the rest of us. |

I've done it too many times too count in my younger days and then I finally realized it's not a good idea. I was lucky I didn't kill someone or get a DUI. Now, I won't drive after one beer. That wasn't your intitial argument anyway, in case you forgot in your impairment. You were offended because you're an alcoholic and want to drink and drive. |
