You have captured my gaze
I look at you, and what do I see
such a beautiful Angel
looking back at me

With a voice so soft
so sweetly it sings
it breaths upon my skin
like a gentle summer breeze

All I know
is whenever you're around
you make me weak in the knees
and my heart begins to pound

If I had one wish
that I could ask God to grant
I would pray that you
would at least give me a chance

We could sit together
sometimes late at night
we could watch the shooting stars
as they shoot through the sky

We could ride the wind
we could stop the very hands of time
even on a cloudy day
for us, the sun would still shine

For you my Angel
there's nothing I wouldn't do
I would go through the burning fire of h*ll
just to prove myself to you

God,
please hear my prayer
please bring my Angel to me
let me show her just how much I care

Let me be there for her
please give me the right words to say
help me to show her how special she is
each and everyday

Please God,
please smile on me today
please hear my words that I prayed
and what I had to say

My eyes have fallen upon your face
Strong and handsome and full of grace

My sweet Prince staring back at me

My ears wait for the timbre and depth
A sound as sweet as babies breath
