Ya know kc, there are times with some of your writes, being close enough for a hug and a decent Turtle latte is my wish.
If I was there, turn around. My hands slowly and firmly pressing on both sides of your spine about a little below mid back pushing up to your shoulders and down your arms. Repeat this about five times. Brief massage with my thumbs on those bumpy things just behind and below the ears. Another round of the back rub deally and then you can stand up and shake it out. Coffee anyone?
