What is ur response 2 my dilemna then.I have sent several e-mails 2 mngmt,& they have all gone unanswered.Of course I agree w/ur comment concerning physical attraction,but I'm greatly concerned however in regards 2 inner beauty or lack thereof.(imo)  That's nice too...but you have to open the door to see the inside. And to think you can do that without a door to open is unrealistic aspiration.

It's ridiculously easy to get a picture online. ESPECIALLY for a "dating" website. "I don't have a digital camera." - Well, 1 in 5 people do. More people have digital cameras than have cell phones, if you can believe that. "I don't have five friends." - Walgreens will TAKE your picture for 5.95, two of em! Wal Mart portrait studio will take eleventy billion pictures of you for 9.95! With different backgrounds! "I don't have 5.95." - Then you should concentrate on getting a job, rather than getting pictures.   (= Glad SOMEONE appreciates it! Thank you, Debbie!

they could just be shy and need time to get to know some people. Maybe they don't have a pic to put up. It really doesn't bother me if they don't have a pic. I'm really not in to looks anyways.

I tend to automatically disregard anyone without a pic...maybe it's a little bit judgemental of me, but I figure if they can see me I should be able to see them!

could be fake. photoshop or just a picture of someone else. sometimes if a picture looks to good, i wont even bother messaging them because i know i wont get a responce. pictures on a profile arent that important to me. i dont think i would ever meet someone from a LDR without a webcam or video though. if they were local id ask a lot of questions, and see if i could get them to take a picture at a later time.

I agree, seeing who you are talking with is nice and its only fair if you are able to see someone they should be able to see you.
I am relatively knew to this site and computers. For myself i need someone to take the picture, someone to upload it, download it or whatever the term is. It's not that i have anything to hide. Not only faceless, im computer stoopid lol |

Well I'm not a lady, but since your all so negative this morning I'm gonna respond to this anyways... There could be several respectable reasons also, just off the top of my head... -Not owning digital camera (yes some ppl still perfer film, i know its hard to believe) -Shy -Wants to be judged by who they are, not how thier nice thier "assets" are. They say you shouldn't judge a book by its cover, I think that applies to even if the cover is blank. Good answer |

When I 1st went on a dating site I had a freind take a picture & post it for me. It got a lot of attention, all the wrong kind.

I will NEVER write ANYONE OFF,,, as to being their friend here.
Blueboxes are ok, emails are ok.. Now if they want to get a little deep with me, then I will ask them for a pic.. But I was here for like a MONTH before I could put up a PIC,,,so take that for whats it worth,,,lol

I am swift, consistent, and firm about rejecting the blue box peeps. Call me judgemental, but if you do not show yourself you have something to hide imho. I don't want to talk to someone for 3 months to find out that they are a transplanted zorbian taking refuge in the congo serving cannibal meals. Sorry
