I have a serious question should a person get involved when they see
some one doing something that you know could dangerous or hamrful to
others. For Example

The other day i drove my friend to the store and as i was sitting in the
car waiting for my friend to get done shopping a lady pulled up next to
me got out of her care left it running with two children between the age
2 to 4 i think and while she went in the store i sat there for 15
minutes then my friend came out and the babies were still in a running
car with there mother nowhere in sight should of i went in the store and
looked for her or just minded my own business

please tell me what you would have done

Your choice in such a situation is easy: 9-1-1 and remain until arrival
of police.

I am pretty certain I would use the stores PA system to make a strong
point.

I used to work at a home depot and if a person left even an animal in
the car they used to get paged on the intercom if it was a child or
children without someone responsible watching them like 18 years old we
were required to call the division of youth and family services who
would immediatley remove the children from custody of the parents and
arrest the parents for child endangement. When we made the call we would
include the lisc. plate as well just in case the person drove off prior
to the arrival of the officials and then they would be met at their home
if they did.

As much as I disagree with the system we had to do it.

I think the part about calling about the kids is allright. but a dog??
that's just stupid! It's not like you can bring your dog INTO home depot
and if it ain't over 70 degrees and the windows are open, the dog will
be fine.
Actually had one woman S*H*I*T all over me cuz I left my dog in the car
for 2 minutes as I returned a video. The temp was about 60 degrees. I'll
tell ya, if I had of been a woman, that broad woulda had the snot
smacked outta her.

Ohhh Animal got news for ya I use to take my little dog into Home Depot
all the time lol and no one ever said a word to me she only weighed like
5 lbs use to sit her in the buggy lay my purse down sideways and she
would sit on top of it. Most places will not say anything unless they
sale food. lol
