Ok I kind of brought this up in my last post and I'm probley going to catch some sh*t for saying this, but why do girls think guys want to be friends with them. Some guys do but thats a very small amount of the population it's usually just a guy who wanted to go out with a girl or sleep with her and somehow ended up in the "Friend Zone" as i call it and now he sticks around cause there always might be that chance he might get out of it. I know thats a little sexist of me and most to all of you wont agree with me but it's the truth more times than not. Let the bashing of my theory and me begin...

usually its the opposite for me... i start chatting with a guy i am interested in and someone end up in that zone... and they never quite view me as anything more than a friend

The friend zone sucks or someone saying "your like a sister to me" or in your case a brother' and i hated it so i hope things can work out for you. try talking to her or something :)

a full 80% of my friends are male...and i wouldn't dream of sleeping with them. believe me, they feel the same...

my best friend is a WONDERFUL guy...and i helped hook him up with his chickie-dee. we've been very close for several years...so it cracks me up that his fiance' thinks i'm a threat. get real.

I've had a couple Platonic realationships with women. Maybe it was mainly to have that sense of companionship, without having to have a commitment.

i knew my theory wouldn't have many people that agreed and most woman at least 99% of them will say what your saying in this post and I know most guys wont agree either on the off chance they might get a girl through here but I thought there might be one supporter

wow, tough question, because deep inside i think the only truly good male friend a woman can have would have to be gay. i think we're sexual creatures and it's always there, even if it lies dormant. but if someone sticks around just for hopes they'll get some one day, i say...wrong! quit messin with the other person, who considers you a friend, find a willing partner and move on.

we ARE sexual folks...but that doesn't mean that there's not something other than just sex.

you know, i am multi-dimensional. and...i have female friends that i don't wanna boink, too.
