Why do I do this

because i'm always left standing
with tears in my eyes

Why do women do this
they say they're tired of games
but when a real man comes along
they just let him slip away

Instead they choose the men
with nothing better to do
they tear you apart
and never truly love you

Now my fire is out
I have no more to prove

I'm sure there are some that aren't, but it's been my experience, that beacuse of past relationships, we always have to walk in the shadow of what someone else has done, never getting the benefit of the doubt.. This can really apply to both men and women.. If we are here to really find that special someone.. then we all should really not prejudge someone without getting to know them first.. jmo..
