Ironside Six weeks? Will they give me a walking cast? I have to start my new job on the 7th...ugh

I'm on the couch with a broken toe myself these days...sorry for your bad luck! A toe being so much smaller, I can't imagine your pain...ouch! Hang in there...soon the boredom will be worse than the pain.

When I broke my leg it too 8 weeks and then months of physio. But that was in a really bad car crash and it was badly broken and crushed.

I should get checked,,,I am 50 and NEVER broke anything but a sweat,lol,lol BUT,,then again,,,,I MIGHT BE SUPERMAN.....lol.lol

about a year and a half ago I broke my heel in a bad crash...could not walk for almost 6 months! Ended up with a plate and 9 screws in that foot...now I broke the left leg...I am a mess!

I broke mine about 7 years ago and they told me to stay off it for 6 weeks at the least.I was walking on it within a week,but it hurt like h#!! the first week after I broke it.Your going to be moving real slow and carfull for a long time.Sorry to hear you banged it You are just going to have to get used to the pain.Good luck on the new job
