((((Twitch))) Don't get down on the interview. Some of the lower class(scum) insurance companies Do a burn and dump of thier employees. You did good to relize it wasn't for you. Don't get down in the mouth. It takes a while to get what you want.Heck, if you really need to get going, hit some of the better temp services. Atleast you will get a cash flow. And, possibly a good job offer. Thanks Poison

Cindy -- how did your interview go on Monday. Jayne the right one will come along for you, I know it isn't good to hear...but give it time. Do you have a WorkSource in your area? I got the job Jayne. It's nothing big...sales associate at PETCO, but it'll be a very welcome change from my full time job. Had a 5.5hr. PIAD training today...(after my day at the school job yesterday...was so glad to take a personal day to do this other...now if I can only find something to replace school job!). Store starts getting inventory in 2 weeks, I am scheduled to put in a few days then but not sure what the schedule will be after that. The manager said 15-20 hrs. a week...if he can't give me anything more once school is out for the summer, I may just look for a 3rd job. Congrats hun; hope things get easier for you soon too. I got worksource all over the place and nothing.

Are you checking WorkSource daily Jayne? Have you gone through WorkSource training? I did that several years ago. It did help.

Are you checking WorkSource daily Jayne? Have you gone through WorkSource training? I did that several years ago. It did help. Yup I'm on the internet from 8:30am to 2:30 in the afternoon. By then I'm burnt out and go to my girlfriends deli to eat a late lunch early dinner and back on line when I get home. I needed a break and so I'm here. I went through that training years ago too and it is helpful.

I for one know all too well that finding a job....is a job in itself! Especially after a certain age. I know before I landed this job with the school district, (9yrs. ago),I filled out 50-60 applications. I ended up taking on a temp job with a temp agency for a few months, but I knew I couldn't stay with that, so kept looking. IT WILL HAPPEN FOR YOU JAYNE!!!
