And with hot oil treatments or curing treatments be prepared for your hair to be flat, and heavy for a couple of days before it explodes into life.

And for us poor people who are too busy or broke to do a hot oil treatment. Nexxus humectress and kerafix will restore your hair freaking now. Hair repair in a bottle. Be forewarned. A bottle of humectress or kerafix costs as much as a hot oil treatment or 2 cases of beer. Or a rapid oil change. Or one of your kids x- box games. Or a gallon of gas if things keep going like they are.

Hi Kyle flowerforyou drinker

I love Nexxus Humectress but as you say, it is expensive ($26 for a bottle here) so I can't buy it as often as I would like. But thanks for these tips.

Another great haircare tip; if you find a stylist you like and trust, retain them at all costs to keep them. Kidnap them. Lock them in your basement. Chain them to your washer/ dryer. Good PROFESSIONAL licensed cosmetologists/ stylists/ constructionists are hard to find in MY EXPERIENCES. Say to yourself: my 2 year old can cut his or her own hair if I'm dumb enough to give them a scissors. Just remember you don't have to pay the 2 year old 25 to 60 bucks for that sh!tty haircut you're gonna b!tch about for the next two months.

People who talk more than they trim scare me. Women with scissors who think they can cut hair. Yeah you know that obnoxious woman at great clips that saved the universe with one of her haircuts. Unfortunately she didn't save anything with yours and she got your bangs really crooked and your cousin verla had to get out her shears to straighten them out.

Shampoos? This month I'm using pantene ice. Its clean. Its clear. Its low in alcohol. And its new and at walmart. Next month? Herbal essence orange clear. Month after that? Salon selectives clean in the blue bottle. At work I can use heavier shampoos like aussie or regular pantene because I somedays have a toxic dirty job. But I don't use them all the time.

My hair dresser said that pantene and herbal essence are the two worse shampoos due to the junk in it. Makes your hair too heavy. I also found that shampoo and conditioner that they use for horses are actually great for out hair, makes it so soft and grow fast.

If you are a badass badboy biker NEVER EVER bring your biker buddies to a haircut. You may end up with an extremely gay male stylist whose so freaking flamboyantly flaming your biker buddies won't let you live it down. Nothing worse than your buddies pulling up next to you at a light and chanting in a gay voice "What am I doing? Why I'm teasing your hair silly!"

.....its funny. Pantene and herbal essence make the best and worst shampoo at the same time. I don't use the heavy types of them.

Any stylist that starts your visit with the phrase "You know what I think would look good on you"....... Just save yourself the pain and aggrivation and punch her/him in the nose and leave.

.....more great advice! If your into that. Never liked my hair pulled. Just like the people didn't like getting punched in the nose that pulled my hair. It is attatched to my head and that hurts.

Really that's my favorite. I have medium fine hair that gets oily if, not washed daily. I'm considering coloring and I have 2 gray hairs. Any suggestions?
