Anxiety can be very debilating disorder. The flight or fight response goes into overdrive. This a primative response to danger. Sometime occuring for no reason whats so ever. First, I would seek medical advice from a doctor. Than invest in some guided imagery cds. This should help but you need to keep in contact with a doctor to help with progress. I hope this helps

I have very close friends that take life long meds for anxieties. I can't imagine having the feelings that they describe.

In this case.... I just don't think the OP wants help with anxiety. Based on the other thread I got that he was using saying he had it as a tool to get a woman. I could be wrong.. it happens often... but if you read the thread... woah. |
