When I was in highschool I was this huge "rebel" type goth. My mother thought I was worshiping satan but she didn't understand that it was just a style of music / clothing.

Anyway, I've always liked black nailpolish. She never let me wear it as a teenager because she said it was devil worshiping or something (she's SO ignorant)

But now, being 20, I can do whatever the hell I want.

What's fabulous now is that black nail polish is a fad And it used to be my thing.

And yesterday for Easter... she wanted to borrow my black nail polish. To polish her nails.

She only does things if they're "cool" or "in style." It's the most annoying thing ever. She's such a hypocrite.


Anyway, aside from this rant-filled post, whats your favorite color to polish your nails?

My toenails are painted black, I always paint them black..

for my toes always something crazy and bright, and with my nails i usually get them done and get a french tip but if not that they are actually usually black

light burgundy

my toes are usually polished red or a french manicure if red doesn't work with what's on the fingers.. and i like to do nail art..

hmmm maybe mom really thought it was a sign of devil worship, maybe she was worried that other people thought that and didn't want you to be talked about. just a thought...most moms are not really mean to their kids on purpose, we as kids just feel that way because we want things that they as moms don't want us to have...maybe

My favorite is this colour by Loreal called Breaking Curfew. It is this deep dark blood red. Almost the colour of red that you see when blood first comes out of a cut. I LOVE it.

Humm myself I don't paint my finger nails they are done in the french manicure instead but... I do paint my toe nails normally in shades of red or pink
