I hear ya bro.I've gotta dump 6 lbs quickly.I'm gonna suffer huge when I lace up my in-line skates.I play in-line Hockey & I'm very aggresive when I play so it's time 2 pay the piper as they say.Good Luck!Godspeed!CyPoet:smile:

I better change up my diet then because I walk an average of 3-4 miles every eve w/ a backpack weighed down & I still managed 2 put on that Xtra weight this past winter.Thx!4 ur adviceflowerforyou

The key word is moderation people....

As long as you exercise regularly you can get away with not eating so healthy as long as you dont stuff your self. dont eat so fast...take your time.

If you dont eat, or eat very little....and your constantly hungry, your body goes into survival mode. It slows down your metabolism trying to conserve energy. Therfore you dont burn calories and you dont lose weight.

portion control i dont eat until i'm stuffed and i do occasionly have sweets but dont over do it and no candy

How much diff.is there really between white & wheat bread.I do love Italian stick bread but I'm sure it's contributing 2 the weight gain.Wheat bread I find 2 taste very blah.But I've been told 2 switch 2 wheat by several ppl.I try 2 avoid sweets 4 my teeth's sake :=)

White bread not good. All starch that turns to sugar...Wheat bread has grains your body needs. Try honey wheatberry not blah tasting and good for ya!

When it comes to eating healthy....the main thing you gain from that is a healthy heart, lower cholesterol, lower blood sugar, and all that jazz.

As far as losing weight...the best thing you can do is exercise. Burn more calories than you eat. Its hard to count calories and not feel like your starving yourself. So thats why sometimes its ok to eat the not so healthy stuff. The heavy breads fill you up and stay with you longer, so therefore you dont eat as much. Also...its easier to keep on a healthy diet when you cheat every once in awhile. You've got to reward yourself or else your doomed to fall off your diet and end up binge eating.
