Meet in a public place then.. I've met people before.. some not worth meeting, but they were who they said they were.. Have you seen pictures and talked on the phone?? If not maybe get his number and call private (just in case he's a stalker) to get a better understanding.

Just remember the general rule... If it seems to good to be true, it probably is. Good luck, be safe, and don't ignore any red flags

Meet at a public place, tell someone you trust about this and have them call you during the date, play it off and if the date isn't going well, excuse yourself and say you have a family emergency, if the date is going well, have a code word and carry on, but please stay in public.
