I have so much pain in my heart, tears roll down my eyes like rain, waiting for my true loves touch by giving each other a new start with companionship.

I start a new day without forgetting to pray asking God to send true love my way and not a man who just wants to play.

Sometimes at night in my mind, I have this fearful sight, I wake up with a moan of having a dream of dying alone.

There’s got to be somewhere true love for me but I feel at times I’m invisible and he can’t find me. Here I am, can’t you see the love within me that needs to be set free?

I hope one day this dream of fear within me will disappear because God heard what I had to say and sent true love my way.

I can so relate to your post, Prtyeyes4U. I too am wondering where is my true love. Are all the men here just players? Don't any of the men want to take the time to get to know us? I've had my heart broken so many times with cheating men. Are there any men that can recognize a good woman? Does it have to be about sex in the first contacts? Sex is great, don't get me wrong, but I want a man that is interested in me as a person first. I'd like to actually get to know someone before they ask me if they can stick their tongue down my throat!

Yes, I've had a few dates but they want me to go to bed with them on the first night. Don't get me wrong I like to have intimacy too but developing a friendship must come first. It seems that it's all about sex and not wants in that person's heart. What happen to the values of respect for a woman in the 20's. 30's 40's , 50's and 60's days? Where the man would pick up a lady at her doorstep, bring her flowers, take her out to dinner, the movies or a dance and then bring her home with just a kiss on her cheek.
All I can say is times have changed & it's so hard to find a true gentleman these days.
