my daughter is a year old and we took her to the doctor the other day, come to find out that the muscles in her eyes are messed up somehow. they said they are getting weak or something like that.so we have two things we can do. we are currently trying to eyepatch treatment.we switch eyes everyday, hoping that it will help the muscles get stonger, if that doesnt work, we have to go to surgery, and if that dont work, then shes gonna be blind....im so ****ing stressed right now, its unbelivable. she will never know what flowers look like, colors, nothing if this doesnt work. please pray for her. im so scared right now..

I don't know if this will help you or not.

My brother did eyepatch treatment when he was little. He had to exercise the muscles in his eye. He is fine now.

My cousin did the same treatment but she needed surgery anyway.
She sometimes wears glasses. When she is very, very tired her eye is a tiny bit off center.

I have a friend that did the eyepatch treatment. He needed the surgery but his family couldn't afford it. He wears thick glasses and when he is very, very tired, he has one eye that is noticeably off center.

I wish your baby girl the best. flowerforyou

ok i dont want to belittle your fear....

but this is a fairly common problem... my youngest son had the same problem, and the surgery is fairly standard and safe, and increadibly effective.

You just have to trust the dr. knows what they are doing and leave it in your higher power's hands

of course, i have had to pretend to be strong for a month now with both my oldest son and my mother having emergancy surgery within 2 days of each other.

think as much positive energy as you can, and i will too. the strengthening.... i hope it works. it should. there's certain raw veggies you can feed her, i got a juicer, and my eyesight went from 20/40 to 20/13...big improvement, that's just from raw veggies. read the juiceman's power of juicing. it and juicing for life i think, don't have it with me, but i can get the name and e-mail it to you. remind me.

Will do. There are herbal treatments for eyes, too. A good herbal combo for eyes is:

Bayberry
Cayenne
Eyebright
Golden Seal
Red Rasperry

You and your lil one are in my thoughts and prayers. flowerforyou

Well, like someone already said, not to belittle your worries because I would be EXACTLY the same if it were my son...but my little brother had the eye patch treatment and it worked wonders! He's 18 now and there is no signs at all that he ever had lazy eye!
