Ice pack for 20 minutes on, 20 minutes off, and 20 minutes on. You can only use the ice pack for 20 minutes at a time or you will get a rebound affect.

ice, aspirin, elevate, then get ahold of a doc. (As someone already mentioned, it probably needs some drainage)
