When I was a kid I used to get Easter baskets. The grands'd ring the doorbell and outside'd be sitting a basket. So cool!
When I got older, my folks'd take us shopping. We'd get clothing for easter. That's at the point I'm at with my great grandkids. I sent them flowers for Easter and am working on getting one a swimsuit. Last year they didn't even eat their Easter candy. I guess it's the clothes thing from now on, eh? Anybody else into Easter clothing? There used to be like an Easter stroll on the boardwalk in Asbury Park NJ. I guess the new clothes thing was what that was all about. |

I'm dressing my children up my parents are taking them out..As far as me dressing up, I'm gonna wear my birthday easter suit....

I get my kids a small basket still. We buy the Niagara Chocolate which is to die for. Tastes so good ya dont care that your wallets empty after ya buy it! lol.. But I also buy all my kids an outfit as well.

You probably cannot remember, but
wasn't that when you rolled out the black pants with the pink stripe down the side and the white bucks or the blue suede shoes. Now, it's one for the money, two for the show, three to get ready, now, go cat go, but don't you step on my blue suede shoes

yep. My ex got me hooked on it... But its sooo expensive. I went and got the kids all an 11 inch rabbit and two white chocolate rabbits for my parents. Grand total? 79.00 for 7 things of candy...

nope not doing it this yr....kids are 19,15,& 10 the are getting a few peices of candy and $20 each ...the only baby godson is 2 and he's getting an easter bucket with toys and a few candies...and were all going out for a brunch buffet that will cost an arm & a leg...and thats that.
