Ask what? If you have their permission to do a background check or if the person is a rapist? For some reason, I don't see the average person saying yes to either of those questions.

Dont do the crime or poor decision in a civil issue and you will come up clean... Nothing wrong with checking someone out, I will continue to do it, and I will judge by it as well....That's my right
