Some of you may or may not be aware of what happened a couple 2-3 weeks ago with our friend Tommy a.k.a. Lôôking4U.
We all knew he underwent back surgery...but while he was on the mend from that he suffered a couple small strokes and has been hospitalized since then. Here is an update just posted, (in the DAMN thread), from his account by a buddy of his.   ((((((((Tommy))))))))) My thoughts and prayers are with you my friend. Wishing a complete and speedy recovery for you. We will leave the light on for you...Miss you!
Hello Group, This is Randy (Tommy's Friend)
He asked me to tell you all he is better and should be coming home next week. He has gained some of the use of his arm and hand back. His speech is still a little slurred but with his red neck accent, who could tell He is still having emotional problems and will continue to work on that as well. I will pass on that his friends here are praying for him. Thank you and good night. May god bless each and every one of you. Randy  |

He told me about you birdie, He did make another vid and saved it to disk, I loaded it on you tube 2 days ago.

Hey Randy...I am sure Laura would have a few messages she'd like for you to pass on but she has had grandson with her all this week and hasn't been online much. You know how to contact her personaly, so please check in with her also. (Not sure she has internet access with the nasty floods in her area though.) Thank you. The Damn thread just hasn't been the same without of dear Tommy. We all miss him very much.

His mind was sharp this afternoon so I took His son Randy to see him. Everything went good for the visit. I did tell Tommy about all the comments about him and the concern and love you all havve for him. He had a big smile and wanted me to say thank you to each and everyone of you all. Luara, you have a message in your YOU TUBE box. He did tell me to say say : "Kiss the Bugs, Kick the orange cat and clip the birds wings" He said you all could figure that one out

This is Randy Again,
Tommy should be comming home in the morning, I will be staying with him for a little while and make sure he can function on his own. He has to try real hard to pick things up with his left hand (and yes , he is left handed). He says he can't wait to talk with all of you again. And Laura, I did get your message, I did as you asked. |
