Go to your local seafood store, and get two small lobsters when you are cooking them, don't over cook them or they will be tough. A great side dish would be rice pilaf or maybe fresh sauteed veggies. For wine, a reisling or white Zin. Deseert...cheesecake

I just want to say that I think thats really sweet of you. Im glad you arent just going out to a restaurant and letting someone else do it.

Honestly.. you could screw up the whole meal, and Im sure she'd appreciate the fact that you tried to do it yourself. That shows more character and love than just paying any bill, no matter how large.


Be sure and get a desert you can't screw up. That way at least you got wine and desert.

Lobster with side of corn on the cob and cole slaw.New England Style. White Zin probobly the best and double chocolate cheesecake for dessert.Also Zin awesome with cheesecake and of course fresh strawberries! YUMMY

thats great to hear, I got on the discussion board a little to late to help... glad everyhting went ok tho :) I know I would not be comfortable making a lobster dinner and def need some help
