Recipients of welfare should be required to use birth control. Continuing to have children will make it even that much more difficult for the mother to work.
Men who father children with 4 or 5 women, and do not support the children, should have vasectomies. I know of a guy who has 5 children with 4 different women, supports none of them, and was only married to one of them. Show teenagers that early parenthood isn't what it's cracked up to be. Just say NO doesn't work. There isn't an easy answer, but the U.S. is going through a baby boomlet right now, which hasn't happened since the baby boom. The birth rate has been declining until recently. |

<bowing> Organically grown, huh ? I was indeed a free-range child. Running amok in the woods and raiding my dad's garden. I'm just a tad unique, and a squidgeon bizzare. Keeps things interesting. Also.... Education is a reasonably good means for keeping the population down. Genereally those who are well educated, or going to college, wait to have children, and then only have one or two. There are many people who don't understand how children are born, or have no access to contraceptives. You guys heard of that thing "always" is doing about donating feminine products to people in africa for every thing you buy here? I think we should convince Trojan or Durex to do the same thing. Whaddya think? |

we have 350 deliveries per month--- just our one hospital which is 4200 yearly---- it is amazing |

The world IS over-populated, good way to fix it? Well we could decrease the (thinking of nice way to say this...) less than "intelligent" people by offering a free cruise to people that didn't graduate high school...then sending them off afar and blowing them up...ok bad idea...
