war it has nothing to not eating as much!!! that diet I eat more than I normally do!!! most days I forget to eat!!! Im too busy!!!! Its alllllllllllll those carrots.......yuck.......1 cup......gag!!!! when you look at it......its cutting out the carbs mostly.....and the fat!!!

Carbs and sugar. I like carrorts so that was no big deal and I like tuna and I need the protein since I'm doing weights. It's good to know if I need to lose weight in a hurry I can try it again hopefully my weight will continue to go down. I've lost 15 pounds so far

Carbs and sugar. I like carrorts so that was no big deal and I like tuna and I need the protein since I'm doing weights. It's good to know if I need to lose weight in a hurry I can try it again hopefully my weight will continue to go down. I've lost 15 pounds so far do it again next week after the 4.....thats what teddy is going to do as well!!!
