I voted for McCain and that is who Im voting for come November. Hiliary doesnt need to be in office and we sure as hell dont need a black man.....hell just get shot and Hillary wont be running the USA her ****ing husband will. And the troops are in Iraq because they attacked us, not the other way around. They are protecting our freedom and RIGHT TO VOTE. So dont punish them for the Presidents actions. They are just doing their job like everyone else. My Brother-n-Law was over seas twice, one was because he had no choice and the other was because he volunteered. If we dont have the troops willing to fight for us we wouldnt have the things that everyone in America takes for granit. u all should be ashamed of urselfs

Thank your brother-in-law for me!

My son said the same thing about a black individual being president at THIS time in date. It has nothing to do with racist on our part of trying to label people who feel this way. This country simply is not ready for a black individual to be president. There is still a lot of racism in this country.

And, WHO wants another 4 years of the Clintons? Ugghhh.
Talk about a time for change............

I dont think we should make decisions on what the country is ready for. Im sure there were some good old boys who werent ready for black slaves to be freed, thank God people didnt wait for "what the country was ready for" then:wink:... FYI Im not a obama supporter...this thread was about if we only had a choice between Obama and Hilary......

Well, I have come to the realization that for me it has to be Hillary. No, no, I didn't come to my decision without enduring great anguish and turmoil. The deciding factor??....she has lived in the White House. Not just lived there, but lived there for eight years. I mean, why wouldn't I vote for her based on that alone? She's convinced me because....she says so. I mean she did vote to invade Iraq but I can overlook that. I mean, she's got the experience because she's committed to memory a well mapped out strategy to.......wait, not sure, but she's got vision and experience so she must be telling me the truth.

But really, all of that is just a not so clever mask for the real reason. The real reason it's got to be Hillary is because she.....she cried during a forum. In fact, I cried with her. It was truly a moving moment and the sincerity was so obvious that there was nothing I could do to keep my own emotions in check.

OH, and she's got the experience. She's ready to lead and to move our nation in the right direction and to undo much of the past eight evil years. And she's dedicated and she knows the White House and she knows world leaders and.....and if all of that fails, she can always cry again.

Please don't speak for the whole country.

My friends, family, and myself don't care if a black person or a woman becomes President. It is overdue. I would not vote for a person simply for that reason. I look at their politics.
Who knows, a black President might even help with the racism in our country.

I have no problem with another Clinton coming into office.
I have had more than enough years of the Bush family.
