Unless you and your guy friend are accustomed to sitting up talking with each other for hours on end(when alchahol is not involved). No she doesn't love him...and he doesn't love her beleive it or not. It sounds like neither one really know love is. JMHO. But instead of sitting down and talking...i'm betting that this doesn't happen all that much...take your buddy out..introduce him to a couple of nice girls, maybe if he sees he can get something better he will try. again jmho.

And a lot of the times the girl they are with tell them this so ofter they start to beleive it.
