Yeah, if you live in a developing nation like mine where money for "pain and suffering" doesnt exist...where judges throw out most personal injury lawsuits because the "victim" was just plain stupid and should have watched where he/she was going...
but in the USA???? come on, personal injury lawyers are as plentiful as weeds in a garden...if there was even a hint of a possible law suite the dude would be in court today defending himself off from the bloodsucking attorneys and the "victims" they represent.
