I met a few guys on another sight but it's only free for women. I have yet to actually meet anyone fron this sight, but I enjoy it way more than any other dating sight i've tried because of the forums.and the great friends i've made.

Ok is interesting and I have had the same success rate on that site as I have had on this one. And that would be...

There are a lot of them out there.
If you do a Google search on "free dating sites," you'll get a lot of hits. Keep in mind that many are only "free" in the sense that they let you set up an account and a profile for free, but when you want to contact someone, you have to pay. Even so, there are a lot of truly free sites out there. My experience has been that most are poorly designed and do not have enough members to be very useful. Many don't have forums, so you're stuck with a pic, a profile, and a random e-mail to try to get to know someone. Not saying that can't work, but I think you can get to know a lot more about a person through forum posts than through a 3-sentence profile that never gets updated. I have not found a site with the quality of the people here on JSH. This is more like a "community" in the sense that people get to know each other and can become identifiable as distinct personalities, which is unique among all the sites I've tried. If I could just run across someone datable here, this place would be just about perfect....!  |

Ther are some with a lot more people on them but this one is a lot more fun in the forums. The other ones the people are to serious about finding someone. Makes the forums real tight ass.
I don't have any luck on any of them. Go figure.
