you need Jesus here[soul,spirit]....you already have the body down patt.....your in good shape.....you should keep in shape

don't mix body comfort with spiritual....................

Our bodies our made to glorify Jesus......we only have Jesus's body....so thank God......follow Jesus.....He hates not sinners....but those who "reject" him.

Pressure building inside my mind
Sunken by lost thought and the dreams that wake me in the night
Lost outside myself trying to find a way in
My soul crying to me from the dark
I'm reaching but there is nothing there
No smiles or laughter from this body
To sorrow filled and dead
Can I save me?
Or will I crumble?
Tying knots inside my stomach
Twisting and turning to my own beat
I've lost my pathway
The night has taken over
I need to rest
So tired and hungry
Must carry on forward
Will there be light?
Am I doomed to this life of mine
Feeling so empty inside
Need to regenerate
Need some guidance
Is there anyone there?
I'm all alone
Can you save me from this place?
Lost my sword and my armor
My will but a shallow pond waiting to dry
I'm under... got to pull myself up
What do I do next?
Where is my next step?
Have I lost my ground completely?
Horrible feelings are in my heart
Tattered and cracked
I'm leaking my good
Finding the evil is where I might stand
