do you feel they should have to prove anything to you?
I feel all they need to prove is I'm not wasting my time taking them out. After that is established, prove they're honest, trustworthy, etc. I expect no less to be proven by me either. |

that's honorable and fair.

why would you have to prove something? I mean in a general conversation you can find out more than people think.. Learning to read people i a very powerful tool!

I expect them to prove they can handle communicating and building a relationship and trust and honesty and hopefully, I'll do the same. I'm intereested in seeing the other viewpoints, too. I see some good stuff on the JSH forums. Food for consideration.

I don't expect them to prove anything but at least show me the respect I deserve as I will them.

if they make you feel like you have to prove anything or to defend yourself then you should ask yourself...is this worth it? I mean its ok to defend a point of view or something general like that but when it comes to something you feel strongly about like for example that the "seal hunt in Canada IS justified and necessary for the fisherman to survive" then state your view and you shouldn't have to defend it. It should be respected. They dont know if you are or are not a fisherman (example from above) that is adversely affected by the over-population of harp seals who eat an enormous number of fish you depend upon for your income. And that you try to help restore the natural predator the Polar bear so that nature can restore a natural balance to the eco-system. And that you wind up eating the seals you kill.
All this is just an example mind you so dont take it to heart! I have room for all of God's creatures..........right next to the mash potatoes!! Club a seal!!! Ha ha haaaaa Its all about respecting the other person |
