Honey-2parts whostechire-3parts...(i think thats how its spelled) dejion mustard-1part fresh rosemary-handfull Beef stock reduced 1/2-1part....(beef+beef=mmmmmmmm) I made this in parts so you can scale it for how much you are using. First rule of this ,or any, marinade is taste taste taste. If it dosent taste right off of the stake it wont taste right on the stake. Awesome, thanks for your recipe |
