the stains try woolite or ERA diluted.... all traces of it.... aint happeninlaugh

Dab COLD water first, blot, blot, blot!! Don't rub under any circtumstance. If there is still leftover discoloration, THEN try hydrogen peroxide.
If the lamp shade is fabric, run the bloodied section under cold water.
If the wall paper is really all paper, no plastic or fabric weave, you may just be SOL.

even if the stains are no longer visible the blood can still be detected through chemicals and black light

PUT SOME NEW WALLPAPER IN AND GET A NEW LAMP SHADE...UM, I GUESS I SHOULDN'T BE ANSWERING THIS. MUSTA BEEN SOME NUTTY PARTY!

I tried that, didn't do anything.

Yeah, I tried using different soaps, degreasers, and what not for the wallpaper, didn't really do anything.

I'll the hydrogen peroxide and see what happens.

I'm not sure how long the stains have been there, I just noticed them today while cleaning.
