my stress is coming back to me, i just broke my washer machines, and i keep thinking about this girl , and my parents is mad at me about the incidents i had. i dont even know what to do

It sounds like you need to get so time away someplace to yourself to collect your thoughts. Try to hold it together unti then.

There is always a place to hide. If you can't get away physically, change your train of thought and make your mind a refuge. Situations regarding others are external problems. In the end, the only thing you can fix is you on the inside. Focus on your own peace of mind and hope that others understand.

When you feel the need to hit something-
Beat your pillow on your bed up (nothing else). Sit and take deep inhales of air into your mouth, hold it for a moment, and then exhale slowly through your nose... I think you need some counseling perhaps? |

Analyze your situation fron different ways,...think about that without geting stressed. The stress, blame and the anger are not the best company.
